Strength and conditioning services are coached by James Westhorpe, a physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach. In addition to his master’s degree in Physiotherapy, James also holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University and a Master of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) from Edith Cowan University.
James is an accredited Level 2 Coach with the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association. He has coached elite athletes around the world to improve their athletic performance and general population clients who want to improve their body composition, get stronger and get out of pain to live a better quality of life.
Strength and Conditioning classes are a great option for those needing injury rehabilitation, as well as improve strength and cardiovascular fitness for optimal health and performance.
